Scratch the cleanse off the list, cuz this bad boy is done! I did this in August before a wedding to help get rid of some bloat, and it totally worked! I chose a Jillian Michaels one, thinking that it would be easier on my system … and it was—no b-lining for the ladies room. The only thing I wish it had was a dietary guide. The instructions said to follow a healthy diet and exercise program, which was nice knowing I could eat things as long as they were healthy, but a guide would have been better. When I hear “cleanse” or “detox” I think really restrictive eating: throw away sugars (even healthy ones, like fruit), carbs, etc … Nevertheless, this one was still good. And I’m game to try another one in a few months, after the holiday binge is over :)
